Use of the App
Budget Dad provides planning tools for educational and informational purposes. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed billing interval until cancellation.
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation applies to future renewal periods and does not retroactively refund already billed periods unless required by law.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case-by-case in accordance with applicable law and card network requirements. Contact support for assistance.
No Guarantees
Results depend on your inputs and financial behavior. We do not guarantee debt payoff timelines, savings outcomes, or specific financial results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Dad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
